“Student learning” is the school's raison d'être and primary goal. Teachers are expected to provide students with a rich and effective learning environment, while other staff members are expected to provide all necessary support for the creation of this learning environment.
The school works with a multinational academic staff to enrich the learning environment and has structured its organization to respond to the needs of different cultures.
Candidates for academic or administrative positions are preferred who, in addition to being excellent in their fields, have the potential to internalize the values of the Science School and reflect these values in different areas.
The School prioritizes creating the best possible working environment and invests in professional development programs to enable employees to realize their full potential and achieve their goals. Through unions formed by voluntary participation among teachers and employees, employees are encouraged to share their opinions on many decisions. It is important and a goal that employees feel a management approach that is fair, transparent, and “people-first.”
